Types of DeWalt Saw

DEWALT Inc. provides construction professionals a total range of DEWALT Power Saws to cope with every cutting need such as the DEWALT Miter Saws, DEWALT Circular Saws, DEWALT Reciprocating Saws, DEWALT Jig Saws and the revolutionary new DEWALT Tracksaw. DEWALT Saws have been extensively examined in the job site to make sure that every product goes beyond the acceptable criteria in safety, durabilty, efficiency and power.

DeWalt became noted for its first ever creation of a radial arm saw which its creator Mr. Raymond DeWalt made and honed in the early 1920s. A radial arm saw is a cutting down machine consisting of a circular saw put on on a slithering horizontal arm and was the primary instrument used for cutting long pieces of stock to length and in addition to making length cuts of meat a radial arm saw may be configured with a dado blade to create stingers for dado, rabbet or half splice.

In addition some radial arm saws allow the blade to be become parallel to the back fence allowing a split cut to be performed. Raymond De Walt applied for patent in 1923 for the radial saw which were issued in 1925. De Walt later on patented many variations based on the original radial saw but the original figure which was first known as Wonder Worker, remained the most successful. It was in the late 1970s when the radial saw was superseded by more modernistic technology and was superseded by the miter saw.

Another type of DeWalt saw is the portable cut-off saw which is a powerful and durable saw that renders uttermost cutting efficiency due to its all ball and bearing structure rendering this type of DeWalt saw with a longer life. This type of DeWalt saw also has a immediate retracting wheel guard for increased visibility, and a spring lock for fast altering of harsh wheels which makes it as a perfect addition to any tool collection. Some other DeWalt saw types include jig saws, circular saws, reciprocating saws and more plus there is a whole line of DeWalt saw accessories to choose from.
